Booking is easy with our Gymflow system!

New to the studio? You’re very welcome here!
Our instructors will guide you every step of the way. We recommend starting with an Induction class, or booking a private 1-to-1 session for a more personalised introduction. Our Elevate classes are open to all levels, but if you’re feeling unsure, a beginner class or private session is the best way to ease in and feel confident. -

Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons we ask that you wear clean grip socks.
Our socks are on the way, but until then there are some fabulous alternatives to get you started: -
Our boutique studio is cosy, so we don’t have separate changing rooms.
You’re welcome to use the toilet to change, but to save time, we recommend arriving class-ready whenever possible. -
Shoes off at the door, please! You can store your belongings in our cubbies and hang jackets on the coat racks (if shoes are muddy just leave them by the door. All doors are kept closed during class for safety of personal items and privacy.

Unfortunately not.
However there are plenty of pay and display parking areas around Cockermouth.On street parking bays have a limit of 1 hour with a parking disc.

You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before it starts.
Cancellations after this or missed classes may result in losing your class credit. -
Waitlists are capped at four people per class.
If you’re on the waitlist, keep an eye on your booking via the app and emails—you may be automatically added if a spot opens up.
If you can’t attend after being moved off the waitlist, our standard cancellation rules will apply. -
We ask that you get clearance from a medical professional if you have a recent or long-term injury.
If you’ve been cleared and are ready to join class, please let your instructor know before it starts. We may also request proof of clearance. -
Pilates is wonderful for pre- and post-natal wellbeing!
We ask that you get medical clearance and advice before attending class.
During this special time, we recommend starting with our Beginner classes.
Group classes are NOT suitable for clients who are more than 16 weeks pregnant. -
If you have done Reformer PIlates before and do not require an induction, please arrive at the studio 15 minutes before your first class where we can quickly go over the machine as it may differ to one used before.
The studio door opens 15 minutes before class. Before that, it will remain closed. -
We get it—life happens!
You can join class up to 5 minutes after it starts and follow the instructor’s guidance for the warm-up. After that, entry won’t be possible to keep the session safe, flowing, and fun for your fellow studio friends. -
Yes, gift certificates are available! They’re a great way to treat someone—whether it’s a full block of classes for a regular, or a single class to brighten someone’s day.
Simply head to our Gift Certificate section and choose an amount that works for you. -

Absolutely not!
Our sheepskin rugs are faux and just for keeping your feet cozy—they’ll be removed from the Reformers during class. We love animals way too much to use the real thing! -
